Barcelona v Real Madrid in Liga F is pushed back two hours by a rain alert. Kick-off time, where to watch, the Camp Nou head-to-head and the quiniela pick.
The women's Clásico at the Camp Nou has a new kick-off time, and it isn't the one on the fixture list. Barcelona v Real Madrid, matchday six of Spain's Liga F, now starts at 7pm local time today, Sunday 4 October, instead of 5pm. Barça asked for a two-hour delay because of a severe rainfall warning across Catalonia, and the league signed it off. It is the first league Clásico ever staged at the Spotify Camp Nou, it pits the leaders against the side chasing them, and it also happens to be match 11 on this week's Spanish quiniela coupon.
Whether you're watching, filling in your coupon or both, here's everything you need: why the time changed, the form of both sides, the Camp Nou head-to-head and how to approach the pick.
The request came from FC Barcelona after looking at the weather forecasts. A Mediterranean storm is expected to dump very heavy rain on the Catalan coast and inland, with a risk of flooding, and the club wanted time to make sure the stadium was ready. In its statement, the aim was to guarantee the ground was fully operational and safe, and to make it easier for fans to travel and get in.
The date and the venue stay the same. As things stand there is no postponement: the game is still on Sunday at the Spotify Camp Nou, with María Gloria Planes Terol refereeing.
What time is the women's Clásico today and where can I watch Barcelona v Real Madrid? It kicks off at 7pm Spanish time (6pm UK, 1pm ET) on Sunday 4 October 2026 at the Spotify Camp Nou, two hours later than planned because of the rain alert. In Spain it's on DAZN and Movistar Plus+.

Only two points separate them. Pere Romeu's Barcelona have won all five Liga F games and sit on 15 points. Pau Quesada's Real Madrid are second on 13 after four wins and a draw. Neither has lost yet, so either someone's unbeaten run ends tonight or a draw keeps the title race wide open.
Both played in the Women's Champions League in midweek, with mixed fortunes. Barça hammered Roma 6-0, while Madrid drew 1-1 with Manchester City in a game where they felt hard done by over a disallowed goal.

Madrid have played Barça at the Camp Nou twice before, both times in the Champions League. The first was on 30 March 2022, in the quarter-finals: Barcelona won 5-2 in front of 91,553 people, a world record for a women's match at the time. The second came on 2 April 2026, again in the last eight: 6-0 to Barça in front of 60,067, a 12-2 aggregate and a semi-final against Bayern Munich.
| Date | Competition | Result | Crowd |
|---|---|---|---|
| 30/03/2022 | UWCL quarter-final | Barcelona 5-2 Real Madrid | 91,553 |
| 02/04/2026 | UWCL quarter-final | Barcelona 6-0 Real Madrid | 60,067 |
| 04/10/2026 | Liga F, matchday 6 | 7pm | Rebuild ongoing |
Tonight feels different because it's the first time the league version of the fixture has been moved to the big stadium. The Camp Nou is still being rebuilt, so the crowd will be smaller than in 2022, but the sporting picture is tighter: Madrid arrive two points back and unbeaten, which they couldn't say on either previous visit.
With LaLiga paused for the international break, this week's quiniela has no top-flight games at all, and the women's Clásico is match 11 on the coupon. You can check all fifteen fixtures and the results so far on the jornada 11 page. The Pleno al 15 bonus line is already settled, by the way: Spain beat Czechia 3-1 in Oviedo with goals from Lamine Yamal, Rodri and Mikel Merino.
Have Real Madrid ever beaten Barcelona at the Camp Nou in women's football? No. In the two women's Clásicos played at the stadium so far, both in the Champions League, Barça won 5-2 in 2022 and 6-0 in 2026.
Beyond the three points, this is a test of whether Pau Quesada's Madrid can genuinely challenge for the Liga F title, or whether Barça pull clear in October as they have so often before. A home win leaves the gap at five after six games; an away win would change the leadership for the first time this season. All with one eye on the Barcelona sky.
