Pina scores four before half-time as Barcelona hand Real Madrid the heaviest defeat in women's Clásico history, in front of a record Liga F crowd of 40,533.

There is no spinning this one. Barcelona beat Real Madrid 7-0 in the women's Clásico at the Spotify Camp Nou, and Clàudia Pina had four of them before half-time. The Liga F matchday-six fixture, played on Sunday 4 October 2026 at 7pm after a two-hour delay for a heavy-rain alert, produced the biggest win in the history of the fixture, a new Liga F attendance record and Real Madrid's first league defeat of the season.

On paper it looked like the tightest Clásico in years. Pere Romeu's Barcelona were top with a perfect record, and Pau Quesada's Madrid were the only unbeaten side near the summit, just two points behind. Ninety minutes later the gap is five points, and it feels a lot wider than that.

Barcelona vs Real Madrid women: the result and every goal

The game was effectively over inside half an hour. Pina opened the scoring after four minutes, added a second on 28 and completed her hat-trick on 32. A minute later Caroline Graham Hansen made it four, and Pina still found time for her fourth on 45, exchanging passes with Ewa Pajor before lashing home from inside the box. After the break Pajor got the sixth, and Sydney Schertenleib rounded it off on 88 with a right-footed rocket from outside the area.

What was the score in the 2026 women's Clásico at the Camp Nou? Barcelona beat Real Madrid 7-0 on Sunday 4 October 2026 in Liga F matchday six. Clàudia Pina scored four (4, 28, 32 and 45 minutes), with Graham Hansen, Pajor and Schertenleib completing the rout in front of 40,533 fans.

The numbers back up the scoreline. According to 365Scores, Barcelona had 66% of the ball and 27 shots to Madrid's 8, with 11 on target against just 3.

Clàudia Pina writes herself into Clásico history

Pina's haul is a first. She is the first Barcelona player ever to score four goals against Real Madrid in a single game, as the club pointed out in its match report. And she did it in 41 minutes, which means all four came in less than a half of football.

The forward from Montcada i Reixac has been in outstanding form for months, and Sunday confirmed that her front three with Pajor and Graham Hansen is Barcelona's sharpest weapon this season. All three got on the scoresheet, exactly as the pre-match previews suggested they might.

The biggest women's Clásico win ever

Until Sunday, Barcelona's biggest win over Madrid had also come at the Camp Nou: a 6-0 in the Champions League quarter-final on 2 April 2026. Six months later that mark has gone, and the head-to-head at the big stadium now reads like a cricket score. Across three Clásicos at the Camp Nou, Madrid have conceded eighteen goals and scored two.

The crowd of 40,533, in a stadium still under reconstruction and with rain threatening all day, set a new Liga F attendance record. It falls short of the 60,739 who watched Atlético v Barcelona at the Metropolitano in 2019, but that game came before Spain's women's top flight turned professional. The overall head-to-head since Real Madrid launched their women's team in 2020 is stark: Barcelona have won 25 of the 26 meetings.

Liga F table: Barcelona pull five points clear

This was the game that was supposed to shape the top of Liga F, and it did. Here is where the leading sides stand after six rounds:

  • Barcelona: 18 points, six wins from six and a goal difference of +26.
  • Real Madrid: 13 points. They arrived with four wins and a draw; the 7-0 is their first league defeat.
  • Madrid CFF: also on 13 points after a 2-2 draw with Athletic Club at the Estadio Fernando Torres on Saturday.

Five points in October does not settle a title race, but the manner of this result changes the conversation. Barcelona had already put six past Roma in the Champions League in midweek, while Madrid, held by Manchester City, now have serious questions to answer just when they seemed to be closing the gap.

Women's Clásico at the Camp Nou moved to 7pm by rain alert

Quiniela jornada 11: the Clásico pick that paid off

For anyone playing Spain's football pools, the women's Clásico was match 11 on the quiniela jornada 11 coupon, a week with no top-flight men's games because of the international break. The answer was a 1, a home win, which was the obvious call; those who hedged with a 1X double because of Madrid's unbeaten run lost nothing either. You can check all fifteen fixtures and results on the jornada 11 page.

There is a lesson for the weeks ahead. In Liga F the gap between Barcelona and everyone else remains huge at home, and betting against the leaders in these fixtures is expensive. With women's matches now part of the coupon this season, knowing that pecking order is a genuine edge over anyone filling in those boxes blind.

What the 7-0 tells us

Three things stand out. Clàudia Pina now owns a Clásico record nobody had touched before. The Camp Nou has become a house of horrors for Real Madrid's women, with three visits and three heavy defeats. And Pere Romeu's Barcelona have started the season looking every inch like champions: a perfect record, a +26 goal difference and a five-point lead after six games.
