By accessing and using QuiniPrats, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. QuiniPrats reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with reasonable advance notice.
QuiniPrats is a Spanish football prediction platform (la quiniela) that allows users to create and participate in private competition leagues. The service includes prediction management for each matchday, real-time standings and detailed statistics. The service is provided free of charge and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
To use QuiniPrats you must create an account, either via email and password or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activity that occurs on your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
Predictions submitted through QuiniPrats are final once the prediction window for each matchday has closed. Standings are calculated automatically based on official Spanish football league results. QuiniPrats is not responsible for errors in results data provided by external sources. Private leagues are managed by their creators, who determine the specific rules.
All content on QuiniPrats, including source code, design, logos and text, is the property of QuiniPrats or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express authorisation. Statistical data from the Spanish football league belongs to their respective owners.
QuiniPrats is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for service interruption, data loss or damages arising from use of the platform. QuiniPrats' maximum liability to any user shall in no case exceed the amount paid for use of the service during the last twelve months.
You may stop using QuiniPrats at any time and request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account for violation of these terms, inappropriate behaviour or fraud, without prior notice.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute related to QuiniPrats, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the province of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
