QuiniPrats collects the data necessary to provide the service: first name, last name and email address, which you can provide directly or through Google OAuth. If you authenticate with Google, we receive your name, email and Google profile photo. We also collect usage data such as predictions submitted, leagues you belong to and your activity on the platform.
We use your data to manage your account and predictions, calculate standings, send notifications about matchdays and results, and improve the service. We do not use your data for advertising nor share it with third parties for commercial purposes. We may use aggregated and anonymised data for internal statistical analysis.
QuiniPrats uses essential technical cookies required for the service to function, such as authentication cookies (quiniPrats_accessToken, quiniPrats_refreshToken). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can configure your browser to block cookies, but this may affect how the platform works.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. You may share data with other participants in the leagues you belong to (username and standings). We may share data with technical service providers (such as hosting servers) who act as data processors, always under appropriate data protection contracts.
We retain your data while you keep your QuiniPrats account active. If you request account deletion, we delete your personal data within a maximum of 30 days, except data we are legally required to retain. Anonymised statistical data may be retained indefinitely.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing and port your personal data.
